Established in 1997, ProMed Medical Management, Inc. is an independent health management company that partners with insurance professionals and employer organizations to manage and direct workers compensation, medical and disability related claimant risks. ProMed serves as a liaison in managing, leading and directing the injured worker’s healthcare until such time that the injured worker is safely and cost effectively returned to work.

Our Employees:
Diana Maxam, R.N., C.C.M.— 1987 graduate of Indiana University with a R.N. degree. Prior nursing experience in oncology at the IU Medical Center and in pharmaceutical research. Diana received her Certification for Case Management (C.C.M.) in 1993. She founded ProMed Medical Management, Inc. in 1997 and has over 18 years experience as a workers compensation nurse case manager.
Nicole Fisher, R.N., B.S.N., C.C.M.— 1995 graduate of Indiana University with a R.N. degree. Nicole has prior nursing and director experience with several home healthcare companies, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities in Anderson, Noblesville, Elwood, Tipton and Indianapolis, IN. She received her C.C.M. in 2000. She started working with ProMed Medical Management, Inc. in 1999 and has ten years of experience as a workers compensation nurse case manager.
Charlotte Steinberg, R.N., B.S.N., C.C.M.— 1984 graduate of University of El Paso, Texas with a B.S.N. degree. Previous clinical nursing experience includes medical, surgical, labor and delivery in El Paso, TX and San Antonio TX. She speaks fluent Spanish and has over nineteen years of experience as a workers compensation nurse case manager. She started working with ProMed Medical Management, Inc. in 2006.
Nancy Aguero, R.N. — 1997 graduate of Cox College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Springfield, MO with a R.N. degree. Previous nursing experience includes medical, surgical, progressive care and cardiac/telemetry in Texas, Virginia and Missouri. Nancy also spent 17 years in the field of cosmetology before entering the nursing profession. She started working with ProMed Medical Management, Inc. in 2007.
Bob Maxam—1989 graduate of Indiana State University with a B.S. degree in Economics, and has 14 years experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster handling Indiana and Michigan claims. He started with ProMed in 2003 as Business Director.
